How account deletion works

Fill in the form below with the details of the MartX account you want deleted. Only the account owner can request deletion.

We verify it is you
Our support team emails you within 48 hours to confirm ownership of the account before anything is removed.

Deletion is completed
Once verified, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days, and you receive a final confirmation email.
🗑 Data that will be permanently deleted
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
- Profile information: username, avatar, and saved preferences.
- Media you uploaded: selfies and photos used for AI try-on and image generation.
- AI Studio content: generated images, videos, and avatars linked to your account.
- Saved payment methods, addresses, and gift card or prepaid card associations.
📄 Data we are required to keep
- Completed transaction and payment records, retained for up to 7 years where required by financial, tax, and anti-fraud regulations.
- Records needed to resolve open disputes, chargebacks, or ongoing investigations at the time of your request.
Retained records are kept only as long as the law requires, then securely destroyed.
